Kingdom Kids is a coed curriculum for four- and five-year-olds! This curriculum will help lay the foundational blocks of faith into the life of a child. Each lesson is designed to help children know God better and understand that when we know Him, we want to act and behave in ways that please Him. Using a learning center approach, children will travel around to different centers to examine the character qualities of Jesus and discover that they want these same qualities in their own life — “I want to be like Jesus.”

Please note that your student must be 4 by September 1 to be enrolled in Kingdom Kids (limited enrollment).

GEMS Girls’ Clubs is a relationship building, club program created especially for girls! GEMS Clubs are offered in local churches and other Christian organizations all across the US and Canada.

Girls in first through eighth grades are eligible for membership. In club, many fun and exciting things happen:

  • Participate in team building

  • Enjoy dynamic singing, creative movement, signing, and dance

  • Develop important life skills through badge activities

  • Learn how to apply the Bible to your life

  • Make creative and fun crafts

  • Participate in service projects that make a difference in other’s lives

  • Find answers to challenges that girls face today

The purpose of GEMS Girls’ Clubs is to help bring girls into a living relationship with Jesus Christ. To help foster this all-important relationship between each girl and Christ, other relationships are nurtured as well — between girls and between girls and their
counselor (leader).

Girls in clubs are organized into small groups with one leader or counselor for each group of six to eight girls. And it is through these small groups, and the weekly interactions that take place in club that faith is nurtured and developed, and long lasting friendships are made.

The ministry of GEMS Girls’ Clubs has been serving churches for over forty-nine years. During these years, thousands of girls’ lives have been changed forever. Today, there are more than 23,000 girls who are members of GEMS Girls’ Clubs, with 5,200 women enthusiastically serving as their counselors and mentors.

The ministry is non-denominational with club participation in several different denominations and non-denominational churches and other Christian organizations throughout the United States and Canada. GEMS has been recognized as the official youth serving agency for the Christian Reformed Church. Curriculum is developed from a reformed perspective.

The name GEMS Girls’ Clubs is an acronym which stands for Girls Everywhere Meeting the Savior. It clearly identifies the purpose for which the ministry was created.

Please note that your student must be at least 6 (first grade) by September 1 to be enrolled in Gems.

Luke 2:52 states that “Jesus grew in wisdom and stature, and in favor with God and men.” The goal of the Calvinist Cadet Corps, based upon that verse, is to help boys to grow spiritually in all areas of life (devotional, mental, physical, and social) by providing Christian men with a uniquely designed structure, program, and materials so that they can mentor boys effectively.

The Calvinist Cadet Corps is an independent (non-denominational) youth ministry organization whose purpose is to provide the local church with a ministry program that will enable them to effectively share Christ’s love with boys from their church and community.

God is revealed in His Word

– The cadeting ministry encourages studying the Bible as the guide to life. God is revealed in nature

– The cadeting ministry encourages experiencing the presence of the Lord in His glorious creation. Learning the skills of an outdoorsman builds a boy’s character, and developing a boy’s understanding of his place in God’s world helps him to be a faithful steward. Men as God’s servants

– The Calvinist Cadet Corps is the ministry of men of God who are dedicated to bring boys into a living relationship with their Lord and Savior. These men, understanding their imperfection, hold on to the promise that the Lord will bless their prayers, their example, and their instruction if they rely on God’s strength.

There are many boys in many neighborhoods who want to belong — they want to feel apart of something — they want to feel like they have accomplished something — they want to feel like someone cares about them. The cadeting ministries have the ingredients to fill those needs.

  • Cadets offers a “club” atmosphere.

  • Uniforms and routine help to instill a healthy pride in its members.

  • Cadets offers merit badges and certificates to honor achievement.

  • Cadets offers a safe haven where good behavior and productivity are expected.

  • Cadets offers a mentoring relationship with a Christian man who will take interest in each of the five or six boys in his cadre.

Please note that your student must be at least 6 (first grade) by September 1 to be enrolled in Cadets.

At Fellowship Church we have a goal to bring young people together in a life of faith, action and fellowship, and address spiritual, emotional, and social needs unique to youth. We want to create a safe and nurturing space for teenagers to gather together and share their joys and concerns with each other and with caring adults.

Sr. High Youth Group meets at 5:30 pm during Family Night on alternate Sunday evenings. (see calendar for dates)

Additionally, other fun events will be offered and will be published in the news and in the calendar.

Please note that your student must be at least 14 by September 1 (ninth grade) to be enrolled in Youth Group.
